With reference to Legation telegram No. 255 to the Foreign Office of the 3rd March, 1935, I have the honour to inform Your Excellency that I am now in receipt of a telegram No. 114 of the 21st March from His Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs authorising me to suggest to Your Excellency that the Companies Ordinance, 1932, be amended by the deletion from Section 93 (2) of the words "and if a
